Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
⛔ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. This includes:
- Downloadable eBooks, workbooks, and printables
- Digital planners, trackers, and templates
- Any other instant-download product
Once a file has been delivered electronically, it cannot be returned or exchanged, and we do not offer refunds.
✅ Exceptions
We only offer refunds or replacements in the rare event of one of the following:
- The digital file is corrupted and cannot be opened
- You received the wrong file or product due to an error on our end
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at Courtney@UpliftAndAnchor.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
⏳ Missing or Delayed Downloads
If you haven’t received your digital download:
- Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder
- Log into your account (if applicable) to access your download

To process any issue, we require a valid proof of purchase such as your order confirmation number or email receipt.
